The staffs are very friendly... The hotel was so clean and the location of hotel was very strategic..

The beds extremely comfortable and the linens very delicate and freshly scented.

When I got to the room, the TV wasn't working, I went to the reception to report it, they told me it would be fixed in 15 minutes. Hours passed and seeing that nothing was happening, I secured the door and went to bed, being tired after 700km traveled. During the night, I heard someone knocking on the door, probably with the TV. Obviously I was sleeping and didn't open it, then they wanted to enter the room with their master card but since the chain was on, they didn't enter. I was scared, it seemed totally out of place, the lack of professionalism. They could have called the room like they did the next morning to tell me that checkout was at 12 even though I had a reservation with late check out at 2 pm. Another error on the part of the reception staff. Despite all this, I felt good but there is room for improvement.

Lovely clean room, comfortable bed, good location for what I needed. Very helpful staff. This could have been a pleasant visit if I skipped breakfast.

Shockingly bad breakfast with no basics. Probably the worst I have had in my entire life in a hotel. No coffee, no fresh bread (stale bun in a plactic wrapping), no milk, no butter. Reheated, who knows how many times and how many days, boiled eggs. Very poor selection in general. No breakfast at all would be much better option. You can tell that no effort is put into providing breakfast, and you don't experience that in Turkey normally. It makes you realise that you take good food for granted when visiting Turkey, and it will make me to be more appreciative of famous Turkish hospitality in the future in places where they want to show their guests that they are welcome and are cared for.

It was an absolutely horrendous experience with the staff being incredibly rude and lacking even basic English communication skills. It was a truly awful experience and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. To make matters worse, they neglected to refill our water and did not provide us with anything to drink. It was a complete disaster. And very bad location.

Great location if you’re using the bus station. Clean room, fresh bed linen. The room has a kettle and tea, and the tea is excellent. Excellent reception staff—very helpful with dinner arrangements.

There’s nothing around, and the hotel’s restaurant offers a very limited menu at outrageous prices. Breakfast was shocking—so bad you’d never expect to encounter such a breakfast in Turkey. Perhaps it’s due to the low season. There’s barely any food. Bread comes in plastic bags. Not even bagels are available. Tables are half-empty. Plates and tables are extremely dirty. We asked for clean plates, and the staff brought equally dirty ones. The eggs, sausages, and vegetables were all dried out. It’s truly surprising. I understand it’s the low season, but I’m confident a decent breakfast could be made with simple ingredients.The shower has very low water pressure, in case that’s important to you.

The most scandalous service a hotel can have. We called the reception 3-4 times to bring us a thinner blanket and they didn't even bother to come. The day we were leaving the hotel, we got off at 10:02 am and the lady told us that it closed at 10:00 am, and she had just started collecting, so 2 minutes is too late to leave the bread when you have paid for that service.

Really disgusting cheap hotel, don’t stay in it if you are looking for something cheap.

- No parking, they ask you to just leave the car on the road. Not safe for rentals- shower not good, cold/warm water only and the staff tried to convince me it’s hot. I requested a new room and there was actual hot water. - couch is very dirty and stained. Disgusting- horrible smoke smell in both rooms I stayed in Really bad odour - AC doesn’t work, again staff tried to explain that if the hot water boiler is on, it makes the room warm some how! Very stuffy and unbearable at night.

Clean and well-maintained hotel and rooms. Quality furniture, reasonable space. Check-out is 12:00 PM, which I always find very thoughtful.

There was no fridge. The staff at the reception desk was helpful, but it was hard to communicate with them in English. This is the reason why I still don't know whether there are any parking options apart from the 5 spots in front of the hotel (we were lucky to get to the last one). I guess parking is not an actual issue given the area is a bit remote from the city's roads, and there are only warehouses, a driving school and a Metro around, so it seems parking around is not really. Another thing to have in mind is that the nearest public transport is the underground station at the coast station, and you have about 15 min walk through the warehouses, including a steep uphill/downhill. Even the Forum mall, which is quite closeby is really hard to access by foot - just the classic pedestrian-unfriendly infrastructure in Istanbul.

They didn’t give me toothpaste and toothbrush.i called them 2 times and they said they will send but they didn’t.

The bed is incredibly comfortable and staff were very professional. Room could be slightly cleaner, but for the price I was very happy.

Do not trust Google Maps if you try and walk from the nearest Otogar bus station. It will send you in the wrong direction. Instead walk south, using the overpass to get up the hill (same way Google tells cars to go).

Location most likely one of the best and the team is trying to help despite their lack of experience.

Due to the lack of experience of the management and service staff, it could have been one of the best hotels. Despite individual attempts to improve the situation However, it is not enough due to lack of hotel experience.

I beg the receptionist to give me some stuff for the room or paper cups or tea bags, they say ok but no one cares or they don’t understand me

The location of the hotel was very bad - the smell of sewage came from the lobby and floors - the breakfast was very poor - the rooms did not have a refrigerator

The room itself was very nice. Badroom very clean.The lady receptionist is the best. And the last person I talked to. I don't know if he is the manager but he gave took my feedback serious. Breakfast was good.

Barhroom shampoo was empty, and the hair conditioner was broken. So it was not checked. Dirty window and greasy desk. Not cleaned. I cleaned the desk myself. The male receptionist. He is new, but very rude to guests. His Turkish temperament is not good for the hotel business. Not able to get me a taxi. The woman receptionist was perfect and was able to get us a taxi. And on the last day. I don't know if he is the manager. He gave a perfect. Service. Got me a taxi. The food I ate for dinner. The hamburger meat was burned. It was to hard to eat. And for that price. Don't order the hamburger. When you book a room, incl breakfast, for 2 persons. At breakfast, you're not allowed to bring a sandwich upstairs. Evendo, you paid for it. My husband wasn't feeling well. I just asked if it's possible to bring up a sandwich, but the answer was no. That is a bad service. They have roomservice, but no menu where you can order from. For me that have been in the hotel business there some good work ethics needed. The cleaners need to be checked if they do their work right. The male receptionist needs a lot of guidance and a good communication course. His temperament needs to be worked on, and an international communication course will be good. The staff of the restaurant were friendly, just the issue with the breakfast. And the chef cook that burns hamburgers is just not right. If it was not the chef cook. The person who made the hamburgers and chips. Missing an extra pillow in the cupboard.

Building is new and room was ok.

Staff is not trained for hotel work. No manners, no language, no clue what to do.

We had to ask for room cleaning two day in row. They dont clean it weather when you come back from city in night you ask fir cleaning and tehy just answering it will be tomorrow but tomorrow again same
